For over 25 years, Michael Shine has been an authority in the sales, marketing, and management of Telecommunications Site Acquisition, and Real Estate Development. In November 1998, Michael founded Site ID, Inc., headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, which specializes in site acquisition, leasing, zoning, construction, and management for wireless providers and tower companies. Michael concentrates on managing and providing site acquisition services in the Middle Atlantic and Southeast regional markets while supervising the company staff of eight total employees and contractors.
As President/CEO of Site ID, Inc, Michael has set his goals to have exceptional customer satisfaction, on-time and on-budget projects, and maximizing resources. Using his unsurpassed experience he gained from working with companies such as; Berliner Communications, Inc., SBA Inc., Cellular Realty Advisors, Inc., and Pasquale Properties Management, Inc., Michael has done just that; turning Site ID, Inc. into a company that offers big-time capabilities with incomparable one-on-one services to all its clients.
In addition to his ongoing leadership and management of Site ID, Inc., Michael has become affiliated with many Professional Associations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to gain knowledge and insight on his surrounding community. Some of the many Professional Associations in which Michael takes an active part in are; Mercer County Planning Board, National Association of Government Contractors, PA Wireless Commission, and also the NJ Wireless Association.
